In-Store Pick-Up

To save time, consider shopping in the online store and picking up during our business hours by choosing Pickup at check out. Our storefront (405 2nd St, Eureka) is currently open Monday-Saturday 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday 11 am to 3 pm. You can come inside to pick it up or call us from your car (707-441-1296) to let us know where you're parked and what your car looks like and we'll run it out to you!
 

Domestic Shipping

Belle Starr offers FREE shipping within the United States or to APOs on orders over $100! Orders under $50 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95, and orders between $50-$99.99 will be shipped at a flat rate of $9.95.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once an item has shipped, we will email you a USPS tracking number, and you should receive your items within 3-7 business days from when the order was placed. 

International Shipping

We currently offer limited International shipping, with a $19.95 handling fee added to orders (in addition to the standard international shipping rate). On occasion this still will not cover the amount of the shipping, due to location and/or weight of the package. If that is true for your order, you will be contacted to ask whether you would like to pay additional freight charges or cancel the order for a full refund. Note that we do not collect duties or import taxes, so any such charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser upon delivery. Additionally, we have found that International shipping can take a long time to reach some destinations; we cannot guarantee a delivery date and will not issue a refund for a package that USPS tracking shows as still in transit. If a package has not arrived in six weeks, please notify us and we will submit a lost/stolen package claim; if the USPS confirms the loss and makes payment to us, we will issue a refund.

RETURNING online purchases

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase from Belle Starr, you may return unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of ship date for a full refund in the original form of payment. After 14 days, but within 30 days of the ship date, you may exchange or return items purchased for merchandise credit (a gift card in the return amount will be emailed to you, for use in the store or our online shop). All jewelry, hosiery (tights/nylons), underpants, and SALE/Clearance merchandise is final sale. Gift Cards cannot be returned for refund or credit.

Contact us by emailing belle-starr@belle-starr.com to initiate the return process--indicating the reason for the return and whether you would like to replace it for another item or have us process a refund or credit, depending on the timeline. When returning the item, please include the original packing slip in the box. Tags must be attached, and merchandise in original condition.

We are not responsible for packages shipped from the customer, and it is up to the customer to pay shipping and/or insure a package they are making a return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. When we receive your package in our store, we will notify you by email. This email will be followed by a gift card email for those making an exchange; refunds may take up to 5 business days to show on your account.

RETURNING IN-STORE PURCHASES/PICK-UPS

We do not issue refunds (cash or credit) for items purchased in or picked up from our storefront, so we encourage customers to try on all items before making purchases or leaving the store with their online purchase. (Gift items may be exchanged within 30 days, and we can issue a gift receipt to assist in the exchange.) All jewelry, hosiery (tights/nylons), underpants, and SALE/Clearance merchandise is final sale--no exchange allowed. Gift Cards cannot be returned for refund or credit.
