The Flappy skirt is Flippy's longer sister--measuring approximately 26" waist to hem on a size Medium, but with the same wide comfort waistband and slight flare. The wide waist band and 6-panels (seams on sides, 2 on front, and 2 on back) provide motion and  comfort.
