We're open 7 days a week: Monday - Thursday 10-5, Friday and Saturday 10-6, and Sunday 11-3. However, because these days and times are not convenient for everyone--or shopping with friends on your own time sounds like a lot if fun (and is)--we are happy to schedule a time for you to visit us outside of standard business hours for a Private Shopping Event.
A Belle Starr Private Shopping Event (PSE) will allow you to shop at a time convenient for you, safely away from crowds, with time to browse and get personal attention.
Private Shopping Event Details:
- Shop by yourself or invite up to 4 friends/family members to join you
- Spend up to an hour browsing and trying clothes on without interruption
- Get advice and product recommendations from your host--most often Sue, the owner of Belle Starr.
Further PSE Guidelines:
- A $25 deposit is required to reserve a space.
- The deposit will be applied to purchases made during the PSE only. The deposit can be refunded with 24-hour notice of cancellation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Deposits will not be refunded for no-shows (more than 15 minutes late) or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice.
Directions for Reserving your Private Shopping Event:
- Add this item to your shopping cart and check out, using an email address that you check regularly.
- Sue will email you to establish a time for the shopping event. It's that easy!
- If you'd like to set up a time first and then pay the deposit, you can initiate a private shopping trip by emailing Sue at email@example.com or calling 707-441-1296.
Final Notes about Availability:
- To allow for planning, it helps to initiate scheduling a PSE 3-4 days in advance. If you're feeling more spontaneous, give us a call (707-441-1296) to see if one of us is available that day or the next. If we don't have an appointment booked and are available outside store hours, we'll be happy to see you that same day!
