Now that holiday shopping is over, we do not have specific dates and times scheduled for Private Shopping Events. However, we are always happy to accommodate shoppers outside standard business hours. Please email Sue at or call 707-441-1296 to schedule your Private Shopping Event!


Introducing Private Shopping Events at Belle Starr: an opportunity to have the store--and the staff--all to yourself for one hour outside of normal business hours! A Belle Starr Private Shopping Event (PSE) will allow you to shop at a time convenient for you, safely away from crowds, with time to browse and get personal attention.

Private Shopping Event Details:

  • Shop by yourself or invite up to 4 friends/family members to join you
  • Spend up to an hour browsing and trying clothes on without interruption
  • Get advice and product recommendations from your host--Sue, the owner of Belle Starr
  • Select gifts for family and friends. We'll box them and add a festive bow to prepare you for gifting. Direct shipping is also available (standard rates apply).

Further PSE Guidelines:

  • Masks are required of all shoppers, at all times, for everyone's safety. Surfaces will be disinfected between PSEs.
  • A $25 deposit is required to reserve a space.
  • The deposit will be applied to purchases made during the PSE only. The deposit can be refunded with 24-hour notice of cancellation by emailing Deposits will not be refunded for no-shows (more than 15 minutes late) or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice.

Directions for Reserving your Private Shopping Event:

  1. Choose an available date and time from the Date/Time menu below. 
  2. The "item" will be added to your shopping cart.
  3. Choose In-store pick up as your shipping option at check-out
  4. Enter your personal information, including email address and phone number, and payment information, and complete the purchase.
  5. You will receive an automated email, confirming your purchase.
  6. A follow-up email will be sent no later than 12 pm on the day following your purchase, with details for arrival and how to reschedule/cancel as needed.

Final Notes about Availability: 

  • Our standard hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 10-4, Friday 10-6, Saturday 10-4, and Sunday 11-4, and all Private Shopping Events have been scheduled after closing on, when we anticipate greater interest. However, we are happy to accommodate visits before opening as well. Please email us at with special date/time requests.
  • To allow for planning, please sign up for PSEs at least one day in advance. If you're feeling more spontaneous and it appears that we have spaces available that same day, give us a call (707-441-1296). If we don't have an appointment booked, we'll be happy to see you that same day!
