In 1997, clothing designer Rhonda Bowler launched her dream of working with her artisan friends in Bali to craft fresh and appealing women’s wear. As Rhonda’s business grew, so did her family, and her children grew up alongside the next generation of the Island children. It is a matter of pride and delight that the next generations still work and play together in continued, multi-generational partnership. From feather-light sheer fabrics to chunky, deeply textured sweaters, Island Tribe Knits are available in a wide array of colors, textures, and levels of warmth.

The “popcorn” open knit weave is an understated fabric that is lovely and soft to wear when you need that extra layer. The popcorn shawl has a toggle button to secure the garment. Approximately hip length on most.
