Christina Anastasia jewelry was born in 2008, the sparkly child of Christina Swingdler--a child of artists--who had been painting for decades and emphasizing the dance between colors and meditation manifested on canvas. Christina’s artistic intention is to assist in making the world a more joyful place one sparkly smile at a time. She explains, “I only create when I am feeling good. I put my energy into my art and I want people to feel good when they wear or see it. Meditation, conscious thought, the active release of thought, and years of training in the arts has enabled me to create the way I do.” You’ll feel glorious when adding these small bits of shine to your life.

One of the greatest things about being close friends with an amazing jewelry maker who lives in the same town as our Eureka storefront is the opportunity to have her make the things that we envision. We've been selling WMP sunglasses and readers for a while now, and Sue is always wearing--and losing her reading glasses around the store.  She talked to Christina about the possibility of making beaded eyeglass leashes to attach to her glasses and tried a couple prototypes. They are lovely, but not always convenient for all glass frames. During a work/play date at Christina's studio, the concept of a necklace that doubled as a collector for eyeglasses was suggested, and Christina made it a reality.
