Blue Sky Jessica cardigan, bamboo-cotton v-neck

Over 20 years ago, Marilyn Cobban started Blue Sky Clothing out of the back of a VW van in small-town Balfour BC. Her vision was to help women of all sizes and body types find beautiful styles in natural, breathable fabrics. Since then, Blue Sky has established nine locations in BC and a growing wholesale business. The company’s values are to be kind to the people who make the clothes, kind to the environment, and kind to all body types. As such this fair-trade company specializes in natural fibers, including bamboo, cotton, wool, cashmere, and modal in a range of sizes to fit and flatter most bodies.

Cropped and relaxed, the Jessica is the perfect casual cardigan. Falling to right above the hip, it has ribbing at the hem and cuffs, with a sharp V-neckline. Slits at the side of the hem prevent clinging, and it can be buttoned-up for a more polished look. Ideal over sleeveless tops, the Jessica can be worn year-round and used for layering.
